Returns and refund policy

 

This returns and refund policy (“Policy”) is made TDY Active (ABN 52 653 354 995) (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") under the Terms and Conditions and applies to all purchases made by you through our Site. 

 

Defective Goods

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

You are also entitled to a return or a refund if the incorrect item has been shipped to you.

 

To make a claim under Australian Consumer Law, you must contact us and inform us of the reason for your claim. You must provide proof of purchase and you are responsible for returning the goods to us. If you have a valid claim under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide you with new or repaired goods or refund you the price you have paid for the affected Good. We will also refund any costs you may have incurred in returning the Good to us.

 

Change of mind returns and exchanges

 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. It is at our sole discretion whether we agree to provide a return or exchange.

You can request a return or exchange of goods where you have changed your mind if:

a)              you have contacted us to request a return within 10 days of the goods being delivered or picked up by you;

b)             the goods have not been worn or used and are in their original packaging and condition (including all tags);

c)              you can provide proof of purchase;

d)             the goods were not on sale or a sample and second; and

e)             we agree (at our sole discretion) that you can return the goods.

Subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to reject any request for a change of mind return or exchange.

If we have agreed that you can return the goods for change of mind, you understand that it is your responsibility to return the goods to us, either by posting them to us at your risk and your cost or by returning them to the following address: TDY Active, 17 Wells Street, Frankston, VIC, 3199.

If you have requested an exchange, you understand that it is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

If you have sent us an item to be returned for change of mind and we do not agree to return or exchange the item, we will contact to you to see if you would like the item posted back to you at your cost. If you do not want the item to be returned to you, we will dispose of the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for change of mind, like underwear and socks

Unfortunately, we cannot accept change of mind returns on samples and seconds, clearance or sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the items, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
